Refunds/Exchange/Wine quality guarantee

If for any reason your expectations aren’t met, please contact us and we will happily exchange or refund your wine purchase.

Moodemere Lake House:

Payment in full will be charged upon booking.  

Standard cancellation options for bookings cancelled up to 7 days before the date of arrival:

  1. Full value of your payment applied to a booking at a later date within 12 months of your original reservation. 
  2. Full refund for the value of your payment within 7 days of the original reservation.
  3. Full value of your payment to spend on wine from our online shop, cellar door or Lakeside Restaurant within 12 months of your original reservation.

If cancelled within 7 days of the date of arrival, or in case of a no-show we are unable to issue a refund.

Delivery

All orders are individually packed at Cellar Door. Wine is shipped using Australia Post or Aramex Couriers and is tracked during the journey. Please allow between 1-4 business days for shipping to capital cities (Melbourne, Canberra and Sydney) and a little more for other areas. Generally wine will arrive within 7 business days to most locations in Australia. These times do not include weekends or public holidays as well as any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

We have taken every step to ensure that purchasing wine from www.moodemerewines.com.au is as secure as possible. Our shopping cart features a 128-bit SSL certificate and is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

Privacy policy

Information that you provide will only be used for the purpose it is collected. Lake Moodemere Estate will not sell, send, trade or otherwise disclose the personal information you have provided to anyone outside Lake Moodemere Estate.
