Our dining experience is inspired by our own family gatherings, sharing food, wine, company, the beauty of our landscape and the bounty of our Estate Grown produce.
Estate grown lamb, wheat, honey, citrus, eggs, seasonal vegetables & herbs are woven creatively into a menu designed in symmetry with our single vineyard wines. All our Estate produce is sustainably produced with minimal intervention and zero food miles, reflecting the place it was grown and the people who made it.
Executive Chef, Jarrod Smith, has a passion for exploration and creativity. While his inspiration is strongly influenced by the Estate, the best of the season’s harvest is sourced from far and wide to enhance a vibrant, ever changing menu.
