- Walking Tour with sixth & seventh generation wine producers, Michael and Joel Chambers, through the vineyard and pasture taking participants on a discovery tour to learn more about the sustainable, low stress environment of a Moodemere Lamb. Depending on availability there may be a demonstration of low intervention herding by working dog, Scout. On the way back, executive chef, Jarrod Smith, will join the tour to explore along the banks of Lake Moodemere foraging for wild greens to be used in the masterclass.
- Masterclass with executive chef of the Lakeside Restaurant, Jarrod Smith, who will share his secrets using secondary cuts to create a first class lamb dish your guests will applaud.
- Three Course Meal matched with Lake Moodemere Estate's Single Vineyard Wines, and hosted by Michael and Belinda Chambers
