- Walking Tour with sixth generation wine producer, Michael Chambers, through the vineyard and pasture taking participants on a discovery tour to learn more about the sustainable, low stress environment of a Moodemere Lamb. Depending on availability there may be a demonstration of low intervention herding by working dog, Scout. On the way back, executive chef, Jarrod Smith, will join the tour to explore along the banks of Lake Moodemere foraging for wild greens to be used in the breakfast.
- After a stop at the hen house to collect the eggs, Executive Chef, Jarrod Smith, will prepare a traditional camp breakfast on the fire, including house made baked beans, freshly collected Free Range Moodemere Eggs with Foraged Greens, Wattle Seed Damper with Moodemere Honey, and House Smoked Bacon.
