Our menu is inspired by our own family gatherings, sharing food, wine, company, the beauty of our landscape and the bounty of our Estate Grown produce.
Executive Chef, Jarrod Smith, straight from Hellenic Republic, The Press Club, Epocha and Elyros, focuses on harmonious flavours and fresh, quality ingredients.
If we didn’t grow it and make it ourselves we have sourced
the best of our region’s fabulous produce.
We can't claim zero food miles for all our products, but through the matching of our Estate grown Moodemere Wines with our Champion Moodemere Lamb, heritage citrus, honey, eggs, and the fabulous produce from our region we keep them to an absolute minimum
