Hone your butchery skills in a master class with executive chef of the Lakeside Restaurant, Jarrod Smith, and discover his secrets to creating a lamb dish that will impress your most discerning guests.

After a welcome glass of the wine, take a walk through the vineyard and pasture to visit the Moodemere Lambs while Scout the working dog demonstrates his herding skills. On the way back Jarrod will join you to forage for wild greens along the banks of Lake Moodemere.

 

Finally, enjoy the fruits of your labour as you feast on a three course meal, featuring Moodemere Lamb, matched with Lake Moodemere Estate single vineyard wines.
